1 . Place the tank base in the right place, aligning the position hole.
2. Place the tank onto the right place of tank base.
3. Place the filter cover(4).
4. Slowly add the sand so the weight of the sand does not damage the Skimmer on the Hub, until it
reaches between the marked "MAX" and "MIN". #20 Silica sand 0.45-0.85mm,
5. Pull out the filter cover(4).
6. Lower the control valve over the tank slowly, and ensure the bypass pipe protruding
the control valve fits securely into the hub(6).
7. Make sure Pott C on the Control Valve is align Port C on the Pump. Attach the Top Flange
Clamp(3) and screw into position.
8. Attach the Piping(14) to Pump Port C and to Control Valve Port C, screwthe
rings into position. Make sure the Washer is properly positioned on both ends of the Piping(14)
Section II: Hose Configuration
NOTE: Ensure the Control
Your pool should be filled 'With water, make cenain all of the pool 's Debris Screens are fully
submerged in water.
1 . Attach one Hose(25) to the sand filters
B; screw the threaded locking ring into
position.
2. Screwthe other end of the Hose(25) to Polt B
connection valve; screw the threaded
ring into position .
3. Open the connection
NOTE: You can refer to pool manual for
connection valve's installation
4. Screwthe other Hose(25) to Port D and place
the opposite end in drain area.
