Adapter Tops
The following adapter tops are available to allow rectangular
heated wells to hold round pans.
HW-3-4QT ..............Adapter to convert HW-FUL models
heated wells to hold three 4-quart
(4 l) round pans.
HW-2-7QT ..............Adapter to convert HW-FUL models
heated wells to hold two 7-quart
(7 l) round pans.

The following pan support bars are available to divide a heated
well into sections for different size pans.

12" Pan Support Bars
102 mm (4") Adjustable Legs
102 mm (4") adjustable legs are available for all models in
place of the standard 25 mm (1") legs.
NOTE: The feet on the 102 mm (4") legs are adjustable for
leveling the unit. Use a 16 mm (5/8") open-end wrench
to make leveling adjustments once the unit is placed in
its final position.
