Starting your digital camera

Switching on
Slide the on/off switch lever to the right to turn the camera on . The LCD screen lights up and the
zoom lens extends, indicating that the camera is on and ready to use .

Turning off

Slide the on/off switch lever to the left to turn your camera off .
Mode wheel
Your digital camera has 8 different modes . Turn the mode dial to select your desired mode .
Note: The camera mode with the setting on the mode dial is the default mode when the camera
is turned on .
