Cooking Technique
1. Place the beverage to be heated in the centre of the microwave glass turntable
2. Shut the door and press the REHEAT BEVERAGES button and select the number of cups by pressing the UP or DOWN
button.
3. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
4. When the timer stops, remove your drink. Be careful as your drink will be hot.
1. Wash and dry the potato(es), and prick the surface of the potatoes with a fork several times.
2. Place the potato(es) in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the JACKET POTATO button and select the number of potatoes by pressing the UP or DOWN
button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer stops,, remove the potato(es) from the microwave. Be careful as the food will be hot.
1. Please place the pizza on ta microwave safe plate in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
2. Shut the door and press the PIZZA button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
3. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
4. When the timer stops, remove the pizza from the microwave. Be careful as the food will be hot.
1.Place the popcorn in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
2. Shut the door and press the POPCORN button.
3. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
4. When the timer stops, remove the popcorn from the microwave. Be careful as the food will be hot.
1. Put our Frozen Meal into a microwavable dish, and cover with plastic wrap; pierce holes in the plastic.
2. Place the dish in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the FROZEN MEAL button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food will be hot.
1. Wash and cut your vegetables into small pieces; 25-30mm in length and 10mm in thickness.
2. Put these pieces into a microwave-suitable ceramic bowl, and cover with plastic wrap; pierce holes in the plastic.
3. Place the bowl in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
4. Shut the door and press the FRESH VEGETABLES button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
5. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
6. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food will be hot.
1. Mix the porridge oats and milk in a bowl. Suggest 180ml of milk per 50g of oats.
2. Place the bowl in the centre of the glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the PORRIDGE button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve.
1. Put the cold rice or pasta in a microwave-suitable ceramic bowl, and cover with plastic wrap; pierce holes in the plastic.
2. Place the bowl in the centre of the microwave oven glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the AUTO REHEAT button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve.
1. Evenly spread the steak on the grill rack covered which has been covered grease proof paper.
2. Put the grill rack in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the GRILLED STEAK button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. After two-thirds of the cooking time, open the door to turn over the food, then close the door and continue cooking.
6. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food and utensils will be hot.
1. Evenly spread the pieces of chickn on the grill rack which has been covered with grease proof paper.
2. Put the grill rack in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the GRILLED CHICKEN button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. After two-thirds of the cooking time, open the door to turn over the food, then close the door and continue cooking.
6. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food and utensils will be hot.
1. Put our frozen food into a microwavable dish, and cover with plastic wrap; pierce holes in the plastic.
2. Place the dish in the centre of the microwave glass turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the AUTO DEFROST button and select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start defrosting.
5. Half way through the defrost cycle the oven will stop and request for the food to be turned over.
6. Open the door and turn over/re-arrange the food. Close the door.
7. Press the START/QUICK START button to continue defrosting.
5. When the timer has stopped, remove food from oven. Check that it is thoroughly defrosted.
1. Spread out the oven chips evenly on the supplied baking tray.
2. Place the baking tray on turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the OVEN CHIPS button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food and utensils will be hot.
1. Place the beef or lamb in a microwave safe and heat resistant dish and then onto the supplied baking tray.
2. Put the baking tray onto the turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the ROAST BEEF button. Select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food and utensils will be hot.
1. Place the chicken in a microwave safe and heat resistant dish and then onto the supplied baking tray.
2. Put the baking tray onto the turntable.
3. Shut the door and press the ROAST CHICKEN button. Select the weight by pressing the UP or DOWN button.
4. Press the START/QUICK START button to start cooking.
5. When the timer has stopped, take out and serve. Be careful as the food and utensils will be hot.
