Troubleshooting
Here are some simple solutions to the problems which affect the picture and sound.
Problem
Solution
No picture (screen is dark), no sound
Poor or no picture (screen is dark),
but good sound
Poor picture quality when watching
an RGB video source.
Good picture but no sound
No colour for colour programmes
Remote Commander does not function.
¢Plug the TV in.
¢Press © JJ on the TV. (If () indicator [i] is
on, press CO @ or a programme number 4)
on the Remote Commander.)
¢ Check the aerial connection.
e Check if the selected video source is on.
e Turn the TV off for 3 or 4 seconds then
turn it on again using © I.
ePress MENU ® to enter the 'PICTURE
CONTROL' menu and adjust 'Contrast',
'Brightness' and 'Colour'.
°Press =) @ G repeatedly to select 0),
*Press
1+ © @.
¢If ©X is displayed on the screen, press °K @.
*Press MENU @ to enter the 'PICTURE
CONTROL' menu, select 'Reset' then press
OK @.
* Replace the batteries.
If you continue to have problems, have your TV serviced by qualified personnel.
Never open the casing yourself.
