Set the mode switch to "RADIO" position and radio
band switch to "LW" position.
For LW IF adjustment, take the same procedures as of
"'AM IF Adjustment" before described.
Connect a standard loop antenna to the signal generator
and positionally arrange the loop antenna and LW coil
of the bar antenna as shown in Fig. 17.
. Set the receiver and signal generator according to the
same procedures as of '""MW Trancking 3. and 4.".
. Set the signal generator to 145 kHz, and rotate the
variable capacitor to provide maximum capacitance,
then adjust TAOS to tune in the 145 kHz signal.
. Set the signal generator to 295 kHz, and rotate the
variable capacitor to provide minimum capacitance, then
adjust the trimmer (CA58) to tune in the 294 kHz signal.
