FIELD OF APPLICATION

The CONEL filling station CLEAR PRO FILL serves as the basis for refillable cartridges. It supplies
optionally softened, fully demineralised or fully demineralised water with pH value stabilisation for
heating in accordance with VDI guideline 2035 sheet 1 and protects heating systems from limescale
deposits.
It fills the heating system according to several invidually adjustable criteria such as the target pressure,
an upper conductance limit, a maximum filling quantity or a maximum filling duration.

DESIGN

The CONEL filling station CLEAR PRO FILL includes a digital control, the MultiControl, a manual shut-
off valve on the outlet side, a withdrawal nozzle for soft water, a titration test and a wall bracket for
mounting.
In addition, the display of the Multi-Control digital can be rotated in 90° steps via the control unit. To
fit the CLEAR PRO FILL, the already filled cartridges must be ordered once.
The CLEAR PRO FILL cartridges are available as 2.5, 4 and 7 litre versions for softening (HWE), desali-
nation (HVE) and as cartridges for demineralisation with pH value stabilisation (HVE+).
As soon as the cartridges are used up, they can be refilled with the corresponding
granulate.

INSTALLATION

Mount the supplied wall bracket on the wall.

Mark the two drill holes (distance 125 mm), drill two holes accor-
dingly (10 mm drill bit), insert the two dowels supplied and screw
the two hanger bolts tight (fig. 1).
Make sure to mount the CLEAR PRO FILL filling
station in the direction of flow!
Screw the adjustment tube to the housing of the
CLEAR PRO FILL filling station (fig. 2)
