ELEKTROANSCHLÜSSE (A)
Gemäß Norm EN 60 335-1 biegsame Kabel ver-
wenden:
• falls unter PVC-Mantel mindestens den Typ
H05 VV-F verwenden.
• falls unter Gummimantel mindestens den Typ
H05 RR-F verwenden.
Alle an den Steckanschlüssen des Brenners
anzuschließenden Kabel sind durch die beig-
epackten Kabeldurchgänge zu führen, die nach
Abdrehen der Schrauben 8), Öffnen der Kabel-
durchführung 9) und 10) und Abnahme der Ver-
schlußblende in die Bohrungen der rechten oder
linken Platte eingesteckt werden.
Die Kabeldurchgänge und Vorbohrungen kön-
nen auf verschiedene Art verwendet werden;
hier ein Beispiel:

Dieser schützt den Motor vor dem Durchbren-
nen wegen erhöhter Stromaufnahme bei Aus-
fallen einer Phase.
• Wenn der Motor über eine Sternschaltung mit
400V- gesteuert wird, muß der Zeiger auf
"MIN"- Stellung positioniert werden.
• Bei Dreieck-Schaltung mit 230V- Spannung,
muß der Zeiger auf "MAX" gestellt werden.
Obwohl die Skala des Überstromauslösers nicht
die Entnahmewerte vorsieht, die auf dem
Typenschild des 400V-Motors angegeben sind,
wird der Schutz trotzdem gewährleistet.
ANMERKUNGEN
Die Brenner G350 MX - G500 MX sind für inter-
mittierenden Betrieb typgeprüft. Das bedeutet,
daß sie - laut Vorschrift - wenigstens einmal pro
24 Stunden ausgeschaltet werden müssen,
damit die Steuergeräte eine Prüfung ihrer Func-
tionstüchtigkeit bei Anfahren durchführen kon-
nen. Das Ausschalten erfolgt gewöhnlich über
die Fernsteuerung des Kessels.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, muß an IN ein
Zeitschalter reihengeschaltet werden, der ein
Brennerausschalten einmal in 24 Stunden
gewährleistet.
ACHTUNG
Im Falle einer Phase-Phase-Versorgung
muss eine Überbrückung im Stecksockel des
Steuergeräts zwischen der Klemme 6 und
der Erdklemme ausgeführt werden.
Den Nulleiter nicht mit dem Phasenleiter
in der Leitung der Stromversorgung ver-
tauschen. Die Folge einer solchen Ver-
tauschung wäre eine Störabschaltung
wegen nicht erfolgter Zündung.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS (A)
Use flexible cables according to EN 60 335-1
Regulations:
• if in PVC sheath, use at least H05 VV-F
• if in rubber sheath, use at least H05 RR-F.
All the wires to be connected to the burner must
be fed through the supplied fairleads, which
must be fitted in the relevant holes in the left-
hand or right-hand plate. To do this, first
unscrew screws 8), then split the plate into its
two parts 9) and 10) and remove the membrane
press-outs from the holes.
The fairleads and hole press-outs can be used
in various ways; the following lists show one
possible solution:

This is required to avoid motor burn-out in the
event of a significant increase in power absorp-
tion caused by a missing phase.
• If the motor is star-powered, 400V, the cursor
should be positioned to "MIN".
• If the motor is delta-powered, 230V, the cursor
should be positioned to "MAX".
Even if the scale of the thermal cut-out does not
include rated motor absorption at 400V, protec-
tion is still ensured in any case.
NOTES
Models G350 MX - G500 MX have been type-
approved for intermittent operation. This means
they should compulsorily be stopped at least
once every 24 hours to enable the control box to
perform check its own efficiency at start-up.
Burner halts are normally provided for automati-
cally by the boiler load control system.
If this is not the case, a time switch should be fitted
in series to IN to provide for burner shut-down at
least once every 24 hours.
ATTENTION
In the case of phase-phase feed, a bridge
must be fitted on the control box terminal strip
between terminal 6 and the earth terminal.
Do not invert the neutral with the phase
wire in the electricity supply line. Invert-
ing the wires will make the burner go into
lock-out because of firing failure.

Utiliser des câbles flexibles selon la norme EN
60 335-1:
• si en gaine PVC, au moins type H05 VV-F
• si en gaine caoutchouc, au moins type H05
RR-F.
Tous les câbles à brancher aux prises du brû-
leur doivent passer par les passe-câbles de
série à insérer dans les orifices pratiqués dans
la plaque, de gauche ou de droite, après avoir
desserré les vis 8), ouvert la plaque parties 9) et
10) et retiré le fin diaphragme recouvrant les
trous. L'utilisation des passe-câbles et des trous
prédécoupés peut se faire de plusieurs façons;
à titre d'exemple nous indiquons l'une de ces
possibilités:

Sert à éviter que le moteur brûle à cause d'une
forte augmentation de l'absorption due à
l'absence d'une phase.
• Si le moteur est alimenté en étoile, 400V, le
curseur doit être placé sur "MIN".
• S'il est alimenté en triangle, 230V, le curseur
doit être placé sur "MAX".
Si l'échelle du relais thermique ne comprend pas
l'absorption indiquée sur la plaque du moteur à
400V, la protection est quand même assurée.
REMARQUE
Les modèles G350 MX - G500 MX ont été
homologués pour fonctionner de façon intermit-
tente. Cela veut dire qu'ils doivent s'arrêter
selon les normes au moins 1 fois toutes les 24
heures pour permettre au boîtier d'effectuer un
contrôle de son efficacité au moment du démar-
rage. Normalement l'arrêt du brûleur est assuré
par le thermostat de la chaudière.
S'il n'en était pas ainsi, il faudrait appliquer en
série au IN un interrupteur horaire qui comman-
derait l'arrêt du brûleur au moins 1 fois toutes
les 24 heures.
ATTENTION
En cas d'alimentation phase/ phase, il est
nécessaire de relier la borne 6 à la borne de
terre dans le bornier de le coffret de sécurité.
Dans la ligne d'alimentation électrique,
ne pas inverser le neutre avec la phase.
L'inversion éventuelle provoquerait un
blocage dû à l'absence d'allumage.
