Pivoting appliance cover
You can rotate the appliance cover for undersink installation.

f Remove the programming unit from the appliance cover by f
pressing the locking hooks and taking out the programming
unit.
f Turn the appliance cover (not the appliance) and refit the f
programming unit, ensuring that all locking hooks click into
place. When clicking the locking hooks into place, make sure
you press against the inner side of the appliance cover (shad-
ed area).
f Plug the set value transducer cable into the PCB (see chapter f
"Commissioning / Initial start-up").
f Hook the appliance cover in at the bottom. Pivot it up to the f
back panel.
f Ensure the all-round seal of the back panel is firmly seated f
by pushing the cover gently forwards and back.
f Secure the appliance cover. f
Operation with preheated water
By installing a central thermostatic valve you will limit the max-
imum inlet temperature (see chapter "Appliance description /
Accessories").

f Slide the switch to the required position. f

11. Commissioning
WARNING Electrocution
Commissioning may only be carried out by an authorised
contractor in accordance with the safety regulations.

11.1 Initial start-up

f Open and close all connected draw-off valves several times, f
until all air has been vented from the pipework and the
appliance.
f Check for leaks in the appliance screw joints. f
f Activate the safety pressure limiter for flow pressure by f
firmly pressing in the reset button (the appliance is delivered
with the safety pressure limiter disabled).
f Push the temperature selector plug into the "set tempera- f
ture" PCB.
f Fit the appliance cover and secure with a screw. f
f Switch the mains power ON. f
f Check the function of the appliance. f
f Remove the protective foil from the user interface. f
