Maximum gas The maximum gas flow of the gas sensor is calculated as follows:

Maximum gas flow (l/min) = 30 x correction factor
The gas flow set value is currently limited to 30 l/min.
From a correction factor >1, the measurable gas quantity of the gas sensor is li-
mited to the upper set value limit.
NOTE!
For gases with high correction factors (>3), the accuracy of the gas sensor de-
creases considerably.
The used measuring range of the sensor is particularly low for helium!
