cking mechanism of the plug points in the direction of the information printed on
the PC board "X4SENSOR 2".

IMPORTANT!
After completing the installation work, the function and tightness of the solenoid
valve must be checked:

Check the tightness of the solenoid valve and gas lines:

Connect 2 angled connections to the second gas sensor
Connect the second sensor cable to the PC board at X4 SENSOR 2
Connect the plug-in coupling to the second shielding gas connection
Connect gas hose to second gas sensor and to second control valve
Connect the other gas hose to the second gas sensor and to the second shiel-
ding gas connection
Fit lid
Install lid using 8 TX25 screws
Press the torch trigger several times to check the correct switching function
of the gas solenoid valve
Pressurize gas line to solenoid valve
Shut off the gas feed at the gas cylinder and observe the pressure gage for
any drop in pressure;
there must be no drop in pressure on the pressure gage for a period of 2 mi-
nutes.
Position the second gas sensor

Mount the second gas sensor and

the existing gas sensor on the bra-
cket with 2 M3 x 40 mm screws +
washers using a Philips® screwdri-
ver
The M3 x 40 mm screws are inclu-
ded in the scope of supply of the
second gas sensor.
