2 TP (Traffic Program) Identification
Press "TP/TA" for "TP" traffic-information broadcast reception. TP and frequency are shown.
4 To cancel "TP" traffic information broad-
cast station, press the "BAND". The
previously tuned radio band (AM, FM1 or
FM2) will be received again.
3 "TP" search tuning
Manual/Seek Tuning
Tune in to the traffic-information broad-
cast station by seek (or manual tuning).
When the _ traffic-information broadcast
station is searched, its area is indicated
on the display panel ("a ", "aH", "axl ",

NOTE:
Every time the traffic- information broadcast station is "on air" the normal FM radio program will
temporarily be stopped.The "TP" indicator lights up.
C. TA Reception
5 TA (Traffic Announcement) identification
Press "TP/TA" again to switch off. The "TA" indicator goes out.
NOTES:
. During tape play, the "TP" broadcast station can still be heard automatically as long as the "TP/
TA" is switched on.
. If the "TP" indicator is lighted off, the "TP" search tuning will automatically operate. (This
explanation is also true during tape playback.)
. If the cassette tape is inserted when the "TP" traffic-information broadcast reception, "TP" is
switched on, "TA" and "AF" are switched on automatically.
