High Pressure Cleaner doesn't reach the operating pressure
If the High Pressure Cleaner doesn't reach the required operating pressure, the
following failures may occur:
- Nozzle is contaminated or defect.
- Filter in the water inlet is contaminated.
- Filter in the float container is contaminated.
- Water supply flow rate is too low (see technical data in section 1.4).
- The high pressure pump supply lines are leaked or blocked.
- Chemical metering valve is defect (draws air).
- Unloader-valve is contaminated or defect.
- High pressure pump valves are contaminated or defect.
- High pressure pump sleeves are contaminated or defect.
High Pressure Cleaner doesn't provide the water heating
If the High Pressure Cleaner doesn't provide the water heating:
- Thermostat is in Position "0" or defect.
- Fuel oil container is empty.
- Operating pressure is below a threshold of 25 bar.
- Pressure switch is defect.
- Etronic-box is defect.
- Flow switch is defect.
- Low fuel cut off is defect.
- Solenoid valve in the fuel pump is defect.
- Fuel filter is defect.
- Fuel oil nozzle is contaminated or stuck.
- Ignition electrodes are defect or setting is not correct.
- Ignition transformer is defect.
- Ignition cable is defect.
- Burner motor is defect.
- Coupling between fuel pump and burner motor is defect.
- Fuel oil pump is defect.
