Broken glass function
If the window pane is broken, the broken glass sensor will be activated, causing
the shutter to be adjusted into the lower final position.
Briefly press the button. If the control light is red, the broken glass function
is off. To switch on the broken glass function, press and hold the button.
The control light changes from red to green. The broken glass function is now
switched on. To switch off the broken glass function, press and hold the but-
ton. The control light changes from green to red.
The broken glass function is now switched off.
Note
The broken glass function is factory set to off.
TEST Mode
This mode is used to test the SC431-II. In TEST mode, the times for the sun-
shade function are reduced from minutes to seconds. Press the MAN/AUTO
button until the control light flashes green 2 times. The TEST mode will remain
active for 5 mins.
MAN/AUTO button
The MAN/AUTO button can be used to deactivate automatic control commands
(e.g. sun protection function, twilight function).
When the system is set to manual mode, the control will light up briefly in red.
When the system is set to automatic mode, the control light will light up briefly
in green.
Control light
If a control command is executed, the control light will light up briefly to signalise
this. Green: UP  Red: STOP  Yellow: DOWN
If battery power is low, the control light will flash during signal transmission.
The transmitter power or radio range will decrease as battery power decreases.
If the control light no longer lights up when buttons are pressed on the device,
the battery must be replaced.
