Power cord is not plugged in
The On/Off switch is not set to On

The emergency stop safety key is not positioned
correctly on the console
The fuse of the device is defective
The connection cable from the controller to the
console has come loose from the controller
Transformer is not properly connected or
defective
The motor switches off due to overload
Electronics problem
Running mat is too loose and slips through
The treadmill is not aligned correctly
Motor drive belt does not run centered on
pulley of front idler pulley
Drive belt defective
Front idler pulley defective
Rear idler pulley defective
Treadmill is not adapted to unevenness of the
floor
Running deck has loosened
Damping elements worn out
Running deck broken
Computer defective
Transformer defective

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Plug in power cable
Set the On/Off switch to On
Check the house fuses
Check cable connection according to assembly
instructions
Remove and reposition emergency stop safety key
Replace the fuse of the device
Check plug connection on controller in engine
compartment
Check transformer in engine compartment and replace
if necessary
Check lubrication and tension of the running mat as
described in the assembly instructions.
Check power supply as described above
Readjust the tension of the running mat as described in
the assembly instructions.
Center the running mat as described in the assembly
instructions
Align drive belt
Replace drive belt
Replace front idler pulley
Replace rear idler pulley
Adjusting the adjustable feet on the front frame
Retighten running deck
Replace damping elements
Replace running deck
Replace console
Replace transformer in engine compartment
Replace controller in engine compartment
