FOLDING TREADMILL
Before folding the treadmill, set the incline to the lowest position. Failure to do so may permanently damage the treadmill.
Then disconnect the power plug.
CAUTION: You must be able to lift approximately 20 kg safely.
1. Hold the treadmill at the rear end with both
hands. CAUTION: To reduce the risk of injury,
bend your legs and keep your back straight.
When lifting the treadmill, be sure to lift with
your legs and not with your back. Lift the
treadmill until the bracket locks into place as
shown in Figure A-1.
2. When you want to put the treadmill in the training
position, please lift the end of the main frame (end
cap) a little. Press with your foot against the lower
part of the cylinder so that the mechanism unlocks.
Now the running surface will lower.
TREADMILL MOVE
1. Hold the handrails as shown and place one foot against a
wheel - do not hold the treadmill by the running surface!
2. Tilt the treadmill backward until it rolls freely on the floor.
Carefully move the treadmill to the desired position.
3. Never move the treadmill without tilting it backwards. To
reduce the risk of injury, use extreme caution. Do not
attempt to move the treadmill over an uneven surface.
4. Place one foot on a wheel and carefully lower the treadmill
