Tilt Axis Balancing
Vertical Balancing of the Tilt Axis
1. Unlock the
tilt motor.
Horizontal Balancing of the Tilt Axis
Make the camera lens point forward and check the centre of gravity.
1. Unlock the
quick release
plate latch.
2. Rotate the tilt arm to
make the camera lens
point upward.
3. Loosen the vertical
tilt lock.
2. Move the
camera
forward and
back until the
camera is
balanced.

4. Move the camera forward
and back until it can remain
still and a vertical position
relative to the ground when
released.
5. Tighten the vertical tilt lock.
3. Lock the
quick release
plate latch.
