vVHAT \'OU NEED
An IBM PC or 100% Compatible with at
least 512k of memory for Hercules and
CGA and 640k for EGA and VGA. A faster
processor is recommended, although the
game will function with no more thon an
Bmhz XT with Hercules graphies.
However, a faster processor is certainly
recommended.
A hard disk is recommended, as is a
sound card to enhance the
1M
Sports experience. 4D Sports
supports Adlib, Sound Blaster, Roland
and digital effects through the internai
PC speaker.
The game is controlled via Keyboard,
Mouse or Joystick. In a two ployer game,
any combination of Keyboard and up to
two Joysticks con be used to control the

SETUP AND INSTALLATION

Insert 40 Sports Boxing ''Program
the
Disk" into floppy disk drive of your
computer. Log to that drive from the
DOS prompt (e.g. type A: if the disk is in
drive A).
Type SETUP and press retum.
The setup program automatically detects
the Video display and Sound card in your
computer. The current selection is shown

in brackets on the menu. To change
cither the Sound or Video settings, move
the cursor with the Up and Down arrows
and press ENTER over the highlightcd
option. This will bring up a list of
supported settings. Move the highlight
bar with the cursor keys and press
to select the desired graphie or sound
option from the list.
Hard disk inii;tallation
Select "lnstall game to hard disk". Follow
the on-screen instructions for selecting the
full

dircctory and path where you want the
TM Boxing
game to be installed. This will copy the
game

your hard disk. Once installed,
wish to change graphie mode then you
can run the
hord drive directory.
Once you have made your setup
selections, go to "Exit" which will save
your settings and retum you to the DOS
prompt.
Playing from Hoppy Disks
Before you
that you make a back-up copy of the
original distribution disks and store the
originals in a sàfe place. Please note that
back-up copies are permitted for your
own data security but il is illegal to copy
