IDE interface cable
1. Turn off the power of the personal computer and remove the power cord from the
AC outlet.
2. Connect the power supply cable from
the personal computer. At the time of
connection, please pay attention to the
cable polarity.
3. Connect the IDE interface cable. At this
time, confirm that the pin 1 of the IDE
connector is connected correctly to pin
1 of the cable.
4. When a sound board is used, connect the audio output with an audio cable to the
sound board.
WARNING
Before connecting the cables, be sure to first turn off the power of the
personal computer and remove the power cord from the AC outlet.
WARNING
Be sure to supply electrical power for this product from the personal
computer which is connected to it. Do not use any other power supply
than the internal one of the personal computer.
WARNING
If you insert the power cable reversed, the unit may be damaged. Be
sure not to insert the cable reversed.
