Cause and troubleshooting
Bowl is not inserted or not engaged correctly.
▶ Insert the bowl and turn it anticlockwise as far as
possible.
Swivel arm is not engaged properly or has become
detached.
Set the rotary switch to

Move the swivel arm until it engages correctly.

Different causes are possible.
Set the rotary switch to

If the fault persists, call Customer Service.

Drive is not in the parked position.
Set the rotary switch to

When the swivel arm is open, remove the tool and
