Hydraulic Connections
- There must not be connections between chemically incompatible materials
- Check the filling pressure of the water system (recommended = 1.2 bar.
Water circuit pressure must never exceed 3 bar)
- Check the tightness oft he system
- Check that the expansion vessel is correctly dimensioned for the installation
and its precharge is 1 bar
- Minimum water content of the system must be guaranteed
- The heating/cooling circuit and the pipes to fill the installation must be correctly
1 connected to the internal unit
(direction, tightness of the gaskets, absence of water losses...)
- The drain of the safety valve and of the manual bleed nipples must be correctly
connected with silicon pipes
- In case of under-floor installation, install a safety device on the heating
delivery circuit
- Safety unit on calorifier present
- Differential by-pass present
- Air vent valve on the highest point of the system present
2 - Check if the system is installed like planned. Check and evaluate deviations
Electrical Connections
- Check alla electrical connections in terms of proper connection
- Voltage and frequency of power supply from the network must coincide
with the data shown in the data plate of the appliance
- System grounding must precede all other electrical connections.
Check that the appliance is connected to a correctly grounded electrical circuit
(no hydraulic or heating system pipes or ground connections for phone cables
must be used to ground the installation)
- Verify the presence of a surge protection device on main power line and
of circuit breakers connected to external and internal unit control boxes
- Compare the wiring diagram to the system and make sure that this is compliant

with legal standards
- Verify the tightness of connections
- Make sure that the system is properly dimensioned to support the power
consumption of the installed units (check dataplates)
- Carry out the electrical connections with the aid of a fixed supply connection
(no mobile sockets) and equipped with a bipolar switch
- Verify that thermal cutouts / differential circuit breakers are correctly
dimensioned (technical indications in this manual)
- Check that the electrical installation is compliant to standards
- Check that the electrical installation is like planned and correspond to
information given in this manual
