Mit diesem Bausalz wird zum ersten Mal von der Firma BRAWA eine Gemischtbauweise vorgestellt. Der Bausat?
besteht aus: Spritzguß, Gießharz, Ätz- und Weißmetallteilen.
Informieren Sie sich vor Beginn des Aufbaus, über die von uns vorgeschlagene Arbeitsweise. Sie finden in der
Anleitung eine bildliche Darstellung der Einzelteile, sowie eine Darstellung des Zusammenbaues Als Klebstoff
kann jeder handelsübliche Kleber verwendet werden.
Beginnen wir mit dem Gebäudebausatz der Talstation.
Teile rnit Messer oder Seitenschneider vom Anguß trennen und säubern. Fensterrahmen vom Anguß trennen und
sofort in die bezeichnete Öffnung einkleben. Anschließend Glasteile aufkleben und die lose beiliegenden Türen
einsetzen. (Türe mit Nase nach oben). Nach dem Abtrocknen werden die Seitenteile zu einem Gebäude zusam
mengefügt. Zum trocknen auf die Grundplatte setzen, damit das Gebäude nicht schief wird. Dann das Dach aus
Anguß trennen, den weißen Kamin in die vorgesehene Fläche einkleben und das Dach auf die Seitenteile aufkle
ben.
Montage der Bahnsteige für Tal- und Bergstation.
Die Bahnsteige bestehen aus Seiten- und Kopfteil in Gießharz. Dazu 4 Dachstützen aus Weißmetall, 1 Dach

so l^önnen Sie dazu ebenfalls alle handelsüblichen
Modellbahnfarben verwenden.
Achtung: Die Geländer sind vor dem lackieren in die richtige Form zu bringen, (siehe Bild)
Dachstützen in die vorhergesehenen Löcher des Bahnsteigs stecken, darauf achten, daß die Schräge der Gußteile
alle in einer Richtung und in der gleichen Schräge zum Bahnsteig liegen. Nun werden die Bahnsteige zur Probe auf
die Gleise gesetzt Mit der Seilbahn wird probegefahren, die Wagen bis in die Station fahren, und die Punkte für
den Umschaltkontakt festlegen. Die Aussparungen für den Umschaltkontakt sind in den Bahnsteig-Seitenteilen
schon vorhanden. Paßt alles gut zusammen, so werden die Bahnsteige auf den Berg montiert. Wenn es sehr eng
ist, sollten vorher die Geländer am Bahnsteig aufgeklebt werden.
Achtung: Die Geländer sind für links und rechts unterschiedlich, und müssen genau nach Anweisung gebogen wer-
Wenn die Bahnsteige montiert sind, wird zuerst die Grundplane der Talstation am unteren Bahnsteig angepaßt

Schräge an der Stirnseite, diese Schräge zeigt zum Gebäude. Mit der Bergstation wird ähn
lich verfahren. Die Station an den Schienen anpassen und fixieren. Jetzt kann die Bergstation, welche als Plattform
ausgebildet ist, montiert werden.
Dann werden die Geländer in die vorhergesehenen Löcher eingepaßt, in dem sie vorher über einen runden
Gegenstand geformt werden. Nun wird die Bergstation über den Antrieb gesetzt. Das Geländer wird für den Trep
penabgang gerundet, abgewickelt und aufgeklebt.

For the first time BffAWA presents a buiiding kit provided for a mixed building procedure.

The kit consists of parts made of sprayad die casting, casting resin, etched and babbitt matal.
Before slaiting construction werk il is recommanded to study the suggested method.
The operating instructions illustrate the siegle parts. They also give a description of the assembly work to be cam'ed out

Let's statt wrth the building elements for the valley Station. Remove with care the extension gate either with a knife or with cutting pliers.
Separate the window frames from the gate and glue them immediately into the foreseen opening. Theo glue the glass parts on and
insert the lose doors (with the door nose in upward direction).
As soon as they are dry assemble the side parts forming the building. Put them for drying on the foundation plate to prevent any slan-
ting.
The next step is to degate the roof, to glue the whhe chimney into the provided surface, and to glue the roofing onto the side parts.
How to assemble the platforms for both the valley and mountain Station?
The platforms consist of both a side and top part made of casting resin. In addition, they comprise 4 roof supports made of babbitt
metal, 1 plastic roof, 2 handrails and 1 front railing made of MS material.
No colour treatment was applied to these parts, nor to the valley Station. So, if you want a paint, you may paint them using any com
mercial miniature model paint
Attention: Before varnishing the handrails shape them as it is required (see picture).
Put the roof supports in the provided bores of the platform. Ascertain the inclination of the moulded parts be in accordance with the
inclination towards the platform.
Now put the platforms on the tracks for finding the exact poshion, and run the cableway on test entering the Waggons into the Station.
Then determine the points where the change-over contact must be fitted. The recesses in the side parts of the platform are already cut
to take up the switch-over contact
If eveiything fits well, mount the mountain platforms. Should there be linle space, the handrails should be glued in advance onto the
platform.
Attention: the left and right handrails are of different shape. Bend them following the instructions.
As s()on as the platforms are mounted, first conform the foundation plate of the valley Station to the lower platform. Then set on the
building. Now the roof can be placed on the platform. Glue it on, if necessaty.
The roof of the Valley Station is inclined on its front part in the direction of the building.
Proceed in a similar way as regards the mountain Station.
Now the mountain Station shaped as a platform can be mounted. On this occasiön put the handrails in the provided bores.
Finally put the mountain Station on the drive. The handrail for the staircase descent is rounded off, bent and glued on.
if everything has been prqperly done the Installation must be ready for Operation. Its appearance must be identical to the picture shown
on the box.
