• Do not use multiple sockets or extension cables for
the connection. These do not provide the necessary
safety and pose a fire risk if overloaded.
• To avoid damage to the power cable and associated
hazards, make sure that it is not bent or crushed
and cannot come into contact with hot surfaces,
sharp edges or similar.
Do not pull the plug out of the socket by the cable,
but grasp it directly.
• Always keep the cable dry.
• If the plug is no longer accessible after installation,
ensure that there is an easily accessible tested dis-
connector (fuse) with a contact gap of min. 3 mm for
the circuit in which the appliance is integrated,
which allows the appliance to be completely discon-
nected from the mains if necessary.
If necessary, contact a qualified electrician.
• To avoid possible electric shock due to creeping cur-
rent, do not operate the appliance with wet or damp
hands and wear footwear during operation.
• Contact of liquids or moisture with live parts may
cause a short circuit or electric shock.
Do not use high-pressure cleaners or steam cleaners
to clean the appliance.
