PROBLEM
The remote control is
not working.
The power light flashes
once every two sec-
onds.
The power light flashes
twice every two
seconds.
The power light flashes
three times every two
seconds.
The power light flashes
four times every two
seconds.
The power light flashes
seven times every two
seconds
When the product is in
use, the leakage
protection switches off
on a regular basis.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Batteries are too low
The connection between the
remote and the toilet is broken.
The seat detects that the water
temperature sensor is faulty or
that the circuit is broken.
The seat detects that the water
inlet temperature sensor is
faulty or that the circuit is
broken.
The seat detects that the dry
temperature sensor is faulty or
that the circuit is broken.
The seat detects that the seat
temperature sensor is faulty or
that the circuit is broken.
The seat detects that the dryer
fan is faulty.
The product is leaking beyond
a normal range.

SOLUTION
Replace both of the AAA
batteries.
1) Press and hold the "Bidet
wash + Drying" buttons at
the same time for 5 seconds to
enter into the code matching
mode, and the lights on the
rear wash, bidet wash, drying
and water
temperature buttons will flash.
2) Press the "Water temp." but-
ton to select lights on on rear
wash, bidet wash, drying,water
temp.
Please press 9 times on Water
temp., make sure all these
lights on (no flash), Press the
"Stop" button, then code
matching is finish.
You should cut off the power
supply immediately and stop
using the product, then contact
your local dealer or call the
service hotline.
