PROBLEM
The product does not
work.
No response when
pressing the rear
cleaning, bidet cleaning
or drying function.
The nozzle stops
working suddenly while
still in working mode.
Low water pressure
when using the rear or
bidet cleaning func-
tions.
The toilet seat is not
becoming warm.
The water is cold
The drying temperature
is cold

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The power supply is
plugged in but the leakage
protection is blocking the
power supply.
No or very little water
outflow of the nozzle.
The sensor did not detect a
person sitting on the seat.
With each cleaning function,
the nozzle stops spraying
after 2 minutes
(120 seconds)
If the user moves too fast
or leaves the seat, the seat
sensor cannot detect in a
short time.
Blockage of the water
components and tubes.
Leakage of the water hose.
The seat sensor did not
detect a person sitting on
the seat.
The temperature is set to
low.
The temperature is set to
low.
The water is a little cold
when it just sprays.
The drying temperature is
set to low
SOLUTION
Check if the power supply is
plugged in and the power con-
nection light is on. Press the reset
button and wait for the connect-
ing sound to activate the seat.
Open the water inflow valve.
Press the stop button and wait for
the water supply to start running.
Please sit down centered on
the ring making sure your body
touches the ring.
It's not a malfunction but a safety
feature of the seat. If you want to
extend the cleaning time - please
press the cleaning function again.
Sit back on the seat sensor
detection position, then start the
relevant button.
Check the level of the descaling
material tank and activate the
descaling program.
Check under the bottom of the
ceramic for water, if so get profes-
sional assistance.
Please sit down centered on
the ring making sure your body
touches the ring.
Adjust the seat temperature with
the remote control.
Adjust the water temperature with
the remote control.
It may take a few seconds for the
water to heat up this is not a
malfunction.
Adjust the drying temperature
with the remote control.
