BEFORE THE FIRST USE
· Remove all packaging materials and any promotional stickers.
· Clean the fryer and the grille with warm water, washing up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
· Wipe the inside and outside of the fryer clean with a soft cloth.
· Caution: you may not add any frying oil or fat in the frying pan.
USE
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface. Make sure that there is at least 30 cm
of free space around the appliance.
2. Check that the grille is inserted in the fryer. Push the grille into place so that it sits level on the
bottom. Do not place any oil or fat in the fryer.

5. Turn the temperature knob to set the desired temperature.
6. Turn on the unit by turning the timer knob clockwise. Turn the knob all the way to the maximum and
then turn it back to the desired timer time (certainly more than 3 minutes to preheat). The red power
indicator light will turn on and the unit will now start preheating. Wait until the green temperature
light lights up to indicate that the desired temperature has been reached.
7. Remove the deep fryer from the device. The unit will automatically stop working. Place the
ingredients in the deep fryer with the roaster. Do not put too many ingredients in the appliance so
that the ingredients do not touch the heating elements. Pay attention to the MAX indication in the
deep fryer here.
8. Put the deep fryer with the filled roaster back in the device. The deep fryer will automatically start
working again (if the set time has not yet expired).
9. Set the desired time with the timer button. Attention: you can also fill the frying basket at the
beginning and place the filled basket in the deep-frying pan and in the deep fryer, in-stead of waiting
for the appliance to preheat. In this case, add 3 minutes to the normal fry-ing time.
10. During deep-frying, the temperature indicator light will switch on and off alternately. This indicates
that the deep fryer ensures that the set temperature is maintained.
11. When the set time is up, a bel signal will sound. The deep fryer switches off automatically. You
can also manually set the timer button to 0, if your ingredients are ready before the set time has
elapsed. This will turn off the fryer.
12. Remove the deep fryer from the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant holder. You can put the
food in a bowl or take it out of the deep fryer with heat-resistant tongs that do not scratch the non-
stick coating of the deep fryer.
