7 Guarantee and Service
7.1 Guarantee
7.2 Service
All functions of each additional mounting frame for
Wöhler BC 600 are tested at the factory and only
leave our factory after a detailed quality control.
If used properly, the warranty period for the addi-
tional mounting frame is 12 months from the date
of sale.
The costs of transporting and packing the frame in
the event of repair are not covered by this guaran-
tee.
This warranty is void if repairs and modifications
that have been made to the unit by a third party or
unauthorised service provider.
SERVICE is very important to us. That is why we
are of course also there for you after the warranty
period.
You send us the frame, we repair it within a

few days and send it to you with our parcel
service.
