1 BEARING VIBRATION MONITOR
The two−channel Bearing Vibration Monitor for piezoelectric sensors A6125 is part of the A6000
machine monitoring system. The micro−processor controlled monitor is used in conjunction with
two piezoelectric sensors or capacitive sensors (e. g.: epro PR 9264) to measure and monitor
the absolute bearing vibrations at all kind of turbines, compressors, fans and gear boxes, etc.
The monitor A6125 permit the use of piezoelectric sensors, which provide signals proportional
to the vibration acceleration or vibration velocity.
The two channels of the monitor operate independently from each other. Each channel may be
configured for one of the following signal processing:
Vibration acceleration

Vibration velocity
•
The characteristic values can be output via a 0/4...20mA current output per channel.

If the contents are incomplete or if is there any damage, so directly complain at the bearer. The
competent epro−sales agency must be also informed, to enable repair or replacement for the
monitor. Repair or calibration of this instrument may only be done at epro.
In this product information the mounting and electrical connection of the
monitor is described.
For secure use of the monitor, observe the direction for use "Bearing Vibration
Monitor A6125" (order number: 6110−90069). You can find this direction on
the configuration software CD as pdf−data file. Amongst others, it contains
useful informations for configuration and use of the A6125.
To ensure the safe operation of the monitor and to permit setting of all
functions, it is indispensable to use only the latest version of configuration
software (version 2.08 or newer) and operating manual.
The use of old operating manuals or configuration programs out of date may
lead to malfunctions or limitations of the measuring functions.
