Verfügbare Sprachen

The tuner can be used to tune in stations automatically or ma-
nually. For convenience stations frequently listened to can be
memorized and assigned channel numbers. Once memorized,
the station that you want to listen to can be easily tuned by se-
lecting its channel number. Up to 30 stations can be mem-
orized.

Manual atation tuning
Press elther of the IHPUT SELECTOR buttona to se-
lect the TUNER aource (frequency dlapley).
2 Press the BAND button to eelect the bend.
Press the CNANNEL/FREQUENCY < or > button re-
peatedly to tune In e etatlon.
The TUNED indicator will light when a station is tuned.
Automatio atation tuning
1 Follow stepe 1 and 2 of "Manual etatlon tuning".
Press the CHANNEL/FREQUENCY < or > button for
ovar 3 seconde.
Automatic station tuning will begin and stop whena
station
is tuned. To continue automatic tuning press the < or >
button again for over 3 seconds.

Manual atation momorization
Fellow stepe 1 to 3 of "Manual atation tuning" to tunee
etation.
Pross the MEMO button.
The MEMO indicator will flash and the channel indicator
will light.
Press the CHANNEL/FREQUENCY
or VV button to
select a ohennel number.
4 Prass the MEMO button to memorize the station.
The MEMO indicator will go out indicating that the station is
memorized.
Note:
@ |fastationis memorized at a channel number already used
for another station, the old station will be replaced by the new
one.
Automatio station momorization
1 Follow atepe 1 end 2 of "Menual atation tuning".
Praae the MEMO button.
The MEMO indicator will flash and the channel indicator
will light.
Testart memorization ata specific channel number, select
the channel number at this point with the CHANNEL/FRE-
QUENCY A or \Y button before continuing with step 3.
3 Prass the CHANNEL/FREQUENCY > button.
When astation is tuned itwill be memorized and assigned a
channel number. Memorization will stop when 30 stations
have been memorized or the end of the band has been
reached.
Note:
@ To ensure clear reception, automatic station memorization
only memorizes stations that have a strong signal. To mem-
orize a weak station use the manual station memorization
procedure.
® During automatic station memorization, unwanted stations
can be skipped by pressing the > button while the MEMO
indicator is flashing.
Station selection
Memorized stations can be selected by pressing the CHANNEL
FREQUENCY A or \ buttons until the channel that holds the
station you want is selected.
Direct selection is also possible using the remote control's
TUNER/CD 10KEY buttons.
Example:
To select chennel number 2:
M Prese the TUNER/CD 10KEY 2 button.
To sslect chennel number 10:
Prese the TUNER/CD 10KEY +10 button, then preae the
0 butten.
To select channel number 22:
@ Preaa the TUNER/CD
10KEY
+10 button twice, then
Press the 2 button.
CAUTION!
If the power cord is disconnected, memorized stations will
be retained for approximately 2 days. After this they will
fade from the memory system and the micro-processor will
be reset to its initial mode.
FM AUTO storoo rocoption
This tuner incorporates an FM auto stereo reception sys-
tem. When the system is set to the FM auto mode, the tuner
will automatically choose between stereo or monaural out-
put according to the received signal.
To engage the FM auto mode, press the BAND button until
the FM AUTO indicator is displayed.
When e atereo programme la tuned In:
The STEREO indicator will light on the FL display.
When e monaurel programme ia tuned In:
The STEREO indicator will disappear from the FL display.
if FM aterse reception le weak:
If reception of a station broadcasting in stereo is weak (in
this case the STEREO indicator will flicker or go out), press
the BAND button to cancel the FM auto mode. The FM
AUTO and STEREO indicators will go out. The FM mode is
now set for monaural reception. Noise and distortion willbe
reduced, but the station will not be received in stereo.
