14. Repair & Cleaning
Repair
Before you send your CENTROPIX product for repairs to CENTROPIX or
to an authorized specialist company designated for this purpose, you
must first carry out the general troubleshooting (see chapter „Trouble-
shooting"). For this purpose, we urge you to contact your supervising
CENTROPIX partner or CENTROPIX by e-mail at rma@centropix.com.
It is important to us to be able to provide optimal service even in the
event of a repair. Therefore, in the event of a repair, a so-called „First
Troubleshooting" must be carried out by e-mail under
rma@centropix.com.
General rules:
• Replace damaged parts immediately, which you can get from
CENTROPIX.
• Contact the appropriate service point to initiate the repair
process.
