Leakage
Leakage from spout connection
The spout or mixer attachment point
drips when the mixer is turned off.
Function
The mixer produces too little water.
The lever is stiff/loose.

Possible cause
Defective O-ring
Defective cartridge.
1. Clogged aerator.
2. Defective/blocked solenoid valve.
Dirt/particulates in the cartridge.
No supply voltage
If power supply is OK: Faulty
sensor/damaged cable.
Water supply is turned off.
Faulty solenoid valve.
No mains voltage
Power adapter is faulty
Solenoid valve not connected
Faulty solenoid valve
Damaged cables
If the solenoid valve does not shut
off when the power adapter is
disconnected: Faulty solenoid valve
If the water shuts off when the
power adapter is disconnected:
Sensor uncalibrated or faulty.
Solution
Replace O-ring
Replace cartridge.
1. Clean the aerator
2. Replace the solenoid valve.
Replace cartridge.
Check that the power adapter
is connected to a power outlet.
Check that the light on the
the plug is illuminated green.
Check that the plug connector
is connected to the sensor
connector. Check that no
cables are damaged.
Replace the mixer
If no water comes out of the tap
either, check Ballofix valves etc.
Replace the solenoid valve
Check the fuses in the
distribution box. Contact a
qualified electrician.
Replace the power adapter
Check the connection between
the sensor and the solenoid
valve (connector on solenoid
valve housing)
Replace the solenoid valve
Replace the mixer
Replace the solenoid valve
Disconnect and reconnect the
power adapter. If the problem
persists: Replace the mixer.
