DIRECTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE
FOOD SAFETY TIPS
Wash your hands with soap and warm water before handling meat, poultry and fresh fish.
Do not thaw meat, fish or poultry at room temperature. Let them thaw in the refrigerator.
Never place cooked food on a plate that has been in contact with raw food.
Wash with soap and water and rinse all plates and utensils that came in contact with raw meat or raw
fish.
COOKING TIPS
Wait at least 30 minutes until the charcoal has burned through and is covered with a film of clear ash
before you begin cooking food.
Start by preheating the pizza stone. Do not put flour directly on the stone.
We recommend putting flour on the bottom of your pizza dough so it doesn't stick. Then top the pizza
dough and place it on the hot stone.
Use appropriate, long-handled, heat-resistant utensils.
For optimal cooking, avoid opening the doors every minute to check on the cooking of the food. Heat
will escape and cooking time will be prolonged. This will also prevent flare-ups and the food from
turning black.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wait until the oven and coal have completely cooled before emptying the ash.
After each use, remove the rack and store in a clean, dry place.
It is not necessary to wash the grid after use. Simply peel off the residue with a brass brush or cru-
mpled aluminum, and then wipe the grill with paper towels.
Approximately once a year clean the barbecue with a mild detergent and water. Rinse with clear
water and wipe dry.
