3.3 Product safety
3.3.1 Intended use
The device is intended for heating the indoor air in well-insulated rooms or for occasional
use.

The device must not be positioned closer than 1 m to walls or combustible materials. The
device must not be used on unstable surfaces or if not fully assembled. The device must
not be used in non-insulated rooms.
3.4 Hazard warnings
Protect the device against heat, open flame, water and moisture. There is a risk of explo-
sion.
When the device is in use, keep it far from combustible, explosive articles or explosive,
corrosive gas. Keep the heater far from curtain or places where the air inlet can easily be
blocked. There is a risk of explosion and fire.
Work on the electrical equipment must be performed by a qualified electrician, or by a
trained person supervised and guided by an electrician in line with electrical technology
rules.
Do not cover the device, the device can overheat. There is a risk of fire.
Prevent the ingress of liquids. There is a risk of electric shock.
Do not use outdoors or in damp rooms. Never use the fan heater in the bathroom, shower
or near a swimming pool, etc. There is a risk of electric shock.
The power coupler is waterproof when not in use. In order to prevent possible electric
shock or leakage current, never use the device with wet hands or operate the device
when there is water on the power cord. There is a risk of electric shock.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or service agent or
a similarly qualified person. There is a risk of electric shock.
