Moving parts of the system can crush hands, fingers and other extremities.
Magnetic components must be handled carefully and kept far away from any kind of metal
parts and other magnet tracks.
Do not attempt to dismantle the unit do not touch any of the internal parts while power is
being supplied or the system is in motion.
Failsafe measures must be taken by the customer to ensure safety in the event of incorrect,
missing, or abnormal signals caused by broken signal lines, momentary power interruptions
or other causes. Failure to do so may result in serious accidents.

Emergency stop circuits or devices, interlock circuits or devices and similar safety
measures must be provided by the customer as external circuits or devices. Failure to do so
may result in serious accidents.
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify any linear systems. Any attempt to do so
may result in malfunction, electrical shock, fire or reduced product lifetime.
Pay careful attention to polarity (+/-) when wiring the power supply. An incorrect connection
may cause malfunctioning of the system.
Application precautions
Take appropriate measures to ensure that the specified power with the rated voltage and
frequency is supplied. Be particularly careful in places where the power supply is unstable.
An incorrect power supply may result in malfunction.
Do not apply voltage to the input units in excess of the rated input voltage. Excess voltage
may result in burning.
Be sure that all mounting screws, cover screws, mounting plate screws are tightened to the
torque specified in this users manual. Incorrect tightening torque may result in malfunction.
Do not pull on or bend the cables beyond their natural limit. Doing so may break the cables.
