This is how your linear axis should look immediately before installing it in the machinery.
Remove all covers from the magnet plates.
Magnet track covers can have sharp edges.
The moving carriage cannot be moved if you do not remove the covers.
Insert M6x35 screws into all empty screw positions. Do not tighten the screws.
Align the axis in your machinery before tightening all the screws.
Always observe the torque specified in Section 1-6-1 Mechanical Integration. Please use
a torque wrench.
Move the slider carefully from the center position to one of the end positions in order to insert M6x35 screws into
the holes at the center of the linear axis.
Now, the actual installation is complete!
