To process a claim, the following informa琀椀on is required:
1. Model and serial number of the unit.
2. Part number and descrip琀椀on.
3. A concise descrip琀椀on of the problem ('broken' is not su昀케cient).
4. Proof of purchase (photocopy of the invoice).
In some cases, Napoleon could request to have the parts returned to the factory for inspec琀椀on before
providing replacement parts.
Before contac琀椀ng Napoleon dealer, please note that the following items are not covered by the warranty:
Costs for transporta琀椀on, brokerage or export du琀椀es.

Labour costs for removal and reinstalla琀椀on.

Costs for service calls to diagnose problems.
