Check that there are no obstructions that
prevent blade rotation (including any bowl
deformation).
The combination of ingredients poured in at a
temperature below +5°C and pre-cooling
phase may prevent the blade from starting.
Turn off the machine for 10 minutes. Restart
the machine by pressing the Start button
twice (L.1) to skip the pre-cooling phase.
PROBLEM: The ice cream has become very
hard during the storage phase.
Tip: use a different storage cycle. Press the
L3 button until a cycle is activated that
includes

a lower density (corresponding to a smaller
LED lit on the DENSITY CONTROL bar).

The machine is noisy.
