10 Maintenance / checks
For your safety, we recommend that the door system be checked
NOTICE
before initial use and as needed – at least once a year – in accord-
ance with the check list in the "Check lists" chapter. The check can
be carried out by a person with the corresponding qualification cer-
tificate or by a specialist company.
10.1 Monthly monitoring the force limits
The drive control unit features a 2-processor safety system to monitor the force
limits. In an end position or after restarting, the integrated power disconnection is
tested automatically.
Crush hazard at the door!
WARNING
If the force limits are set too high, there is a risk of personal injury.
The factory setting is "6" for opening and "4" for closing.

Check the force limits every month as described in chapter "Checking the force
limits" and document it according to chapter "Proof of inspection and maintenance
of the door system".
11 Cleaning / care
Hazardous voltage!
DANGER
If the drive comes into contact with water, there is a risk of electric
shock!
Always pull the mains plug before working on the door or on the
drive!
If necessary, wipe the drive with a dry cloth.
12 Disassembly / disposal
12.1 Disassembly
Disassembly is carried out in reverse order of the assembly instructions in the In-
stallation chapter.
The force on the main closure side must not exceed 400 N /
750 ms!
