Decespugliamento con disco per legno
• I fusti sottili e gli sterpi vengono falciati. Procedere con un
movimento alternato, da un lato all'altro.
• Cercare di tagliare diversi fusti con un unico movimento.
• In presenza di fusti di legno particolarmente duro, sfoltire prima
l'area intorno al gruppo di alberi. Per iniziare, tagliare i fusti
esterni del gruppo nella parte più alta, in modo da evitare un
ingombro eccessivo. Tagliare quindi i fusti all'altezza richiesta.
Procedere ora all'interno del gruppo con il disco e tagliare a
partire dal centro del gruppo. Se l'accesso all'interno è ancora
difficile, tagliare i fusti nella parte più alta e lasciarli cadere. In
tal modo viene ridotto il rischio di ingombro eccessivo (Fig.71).
MANUTENZIONE
AFFILATURA DELLE LAME TAGLIA ERBA (2-3-4 DENTI)
1. Le lame taglia erba sono rovesciabili: quando un lato non è più
affilato, la lama puė essere rovesciata e si puė usare l'altro lato
(Fig. 72).
2. Le lame taglia erba si affilano con una lima piatta a taglio semplice
(Fig. 73).
3. Per mantenere l' e quilibratura, limare in modo uniforme tutti i
taglienti
4. Se le lame non sono affilate correttamente possono creare
vibrazioni anomale alla macchina con conseguente rottura delle
lame stesse.

Brush cutting with a saw blade
• Thin stems and brush are mown down. Work with a sawing
movement, swinging sideways.
• Try to cut several stems in a single sawing movement.
• With groups of hardwood stems, first clear around the group.
Start by cutting the stems high up around the outside of the group
to avoid jamming. Then cut the stems to the required height.
Now try to reach in with the blade and cut from the centre of the
group. If it is still difficult to gain access, cut the stems high up
and let them fall. This will reduce the risk of jamming (Fig.71).
BLADE SHARPENING (2-3-4 TOOTH)
1. Blades are reversible: when one side is no longer sharp, the blade
can be turned over and used on the other side (Fig. 72).
2. Blades are sharpened using a flat single-cut file (Fig. 73).
3. To maintain the correct balance, file all cutting edges uniformly.
4. If the blades are not sharpened correctly, this can set up abnormal
vibrations in the machine and cause the blades themselves to
break ultimately.

Débroussaillage à l'aide d'une lame de scie circulaire
• Cette technique convient à la coupe de grandes herbes et de
broussailles. Travaillez en adoptant un mouvement de scie, en
balançant les bras latéralement.
• Tentez de couper plusieurs branchages en un seul mouvement
de scie.
• Pour les branchages épais regroupés, commencez par dégager
les alentours. Coupez le haut des branches autour de la zone de
travail pour éviter tout blocage de la lame. Coupez ensuite les
branchages à la hauteur voulue. Tentez à présent d'introduire la
lame au centre des branchages pour effectuer la coupe à partir
de ce point central. Si l'accès reste difficile, coupez le haut des
branches en les laissant tomber. Vous réduirez ainsi tout risque
de blocage (Fig.71).
ENTRETIEN
AFFÛTAGE DES LAMES COUPE-HERBES (2-3-4 DENTS)
1. Les lames coupe-herbes peuvent être retournées: lorsqu'un côté
n' e st plus affěté, retourner la lame pour l'utiliser de l'autre côté
(Fig. 72).
2. Affěter les lames à l'aide d'une lime plate à section simple (Fig.
73).
3. Pour maintenir l' é quilibrage, limer toutes les parties coupantes
de faćon uniforme.
4. Si les lames ne sont pas affětées correctement, elles risquent de
créer des vibrations anormales sur la machine, ce qui entraînerait
la rupture des lames.
