2 LOWER EDGE TRIM DISASSEMBLY
To release the visor lower edge trim, first remove the side covers (see instructions
above).
2.1 Pull the trim right end downwards to release the first click from the visor (Fig.11).
2.2 Continue towards the centre of the trim by releasing the other side clicks from the
visor, one after the other (Fig.12).
2.3 Follow the previous operations on the right side of the visor.
2.4 Pull the trim central area downwards to release the three central clicks from the
visor and completely remove the trim from the visor (Fig.13).
3 LOWER EDGE TRIM ASSEMBLY
3.1 Press the trim central area against the visor to fasten the three central clicks to the
visor (Fig.13).
3.2 Continue towards the trim left end by fastening the other side clicks to the visor,
one after the other (Fig.12).
3.3 Follow the previous operations on the right side of the visor.
3.4 Then press the trim against the visor at all clicks in order to attach it evenly along
the whole visor lower edge; check that all the clicks are properly fastened and that
the trim and the visor fit together tightly.
4 SIDE COVER ASSEMBLY
To fasten the visor side covers, first assemble the lower edge trim (see instructions
above).
4.1 Place the lower grip pawl A2 of the left side cover at the housing B2 on the visor
(Fig.10).
4.2 Push the upper end of the left side cover inwards, deforming it slightly, to fasten
the upper grip pawl A1 of the side cover to its corresponding housing B1 on the
visor (Fig.8).
4.3 Fully fasten the left side cover to the visor by pressing it slightly inwards at the
remaining grip paws (Fig.9).
4.4 Follow the previous operations on the right side of the visor. Finally, assemble the
visor on the helmet (see instructions above).
WARNING
- The right and left side covers are different from each other and they are marked at
their rear part as "R" (right) and "L" (left).
- Never use the helmet if the side covers and the visor lower trim have not been
properly assembled.
- Check that the mechanisms are working properly. Open and close the visor,
checking that the mechanisms hold it in its different positions and check that the
side covers and the lower edge trim are not released from the visor. If necessary,
follow the previous operations mentioned above.
- In case of malfunctioning or damages, please contact a Nolangroup authorised
dealer.
