Easy cloning function:
The easy cloning feature allows a group of radio users to program all the radios with the
same channel parameters and CTCSS/DCS codes settings quickly and simultaneously.
1) Use one of the radios in the user group as the "master" radio. On this radio,
program the desired channel parameters and CTCSS/DCS codes.
2) To copy the programming from the "master" radio to all other "slave" radios, press
the
keys on the "master" radio and "slave" radios to enter the clone mode.
All radios will show the
mode waiting to receive channel parameters and CTCSS/DCS code from the "master"
radio. All radios in the user group will remain in this mode for 2 minutes.
3) On the "master" radio, press the
"master" radio to all "slave" radios in the user group. During clone function, the LED
indicator on the "master" radio will light red colour and the LED indicator of "slave"
radios will light green colour.
4) When the clone function is finished and after a few seconds, all "slave" radios will
automatically change to the same channel as the "master" transceiver.
Note:
- You must transmit the programmed parameters in the "master" radio when all
"slave" radios are still in the cloning function mode, otherwise the cloning of the
radios will not be successful.
SOS emergency call mode:
Press the
key to sound and transmit the SOS siren sound to other radios. Press the
[PTT] to turn off the SOS siren.
Note:
- The SOS call is to be used only in the event of an emergency. The manufacturer
or salesperson is not responsible if there is no response to an SOS call.
Roger Beep:
You can set the radio to transmit an audible tone when you finish transmitting and other
users know that you have finished talking.
