Anforderungen der Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG
Anhang I Punkte 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.5, 1.2.6, 1.3.1, 1.3.2,
1.3.7, 1.3.8, 1.5.4, 1.5.8, 1.7.1, 1.7.3, 1.7.4.
Ferner unterliegen die o.g. Produkttypen der Richtlinie
EMV 2014/30/EU; Niederspannungsrichtlinie
2014/35/EU beziehungsweise der Druckgeräterichtlinie
2014/68/EU.
Die zur Maschine gehörenden speziellen technischen
Unterlagen nach Anhang VII B wurden erstellt. Wir
verpflichten uns, diese den Marktüberwachungs-
behörden auf begründetes Verlangen innerhalb einer
angemessenen Zeit zu übermitteln.
Bei o.g. Produkten handelt es sich um unvollständige
Maschinen. Die Inbetriebnahme ist solange untersagt,
bis die unvollständige Maschine, in eine Maschine
eingebaut wird, die den Bestimmungen der
Maschinenrichtlinien 2006/42/EG entspricht.

Furthermore, the mentioned product types correspond
with the requirements of the Machine guideline
2006/42/EG appendix I, figure 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.5, 1.2.6,
1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.7, 1.3.8, 1.5.4, 1.5.8, 1.7.1, 1.7.3, 1.7.4
In addition, the above-named product types conform
with the guidelines EMV 2014/30/EU; Low-voltage
guideline 2014/35/EU, as well as the Pressure
Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
The special technical documents belonging to the
machine pursuant to appendix VII B were provided. We
undertake to transmit this to the market supervision
authorities when requested within a reasonable time.
With regard to the above-named products, they are in
actual fact incomplete machines. Their introduction is
prohibited until the incomplete machine is inserted into a
machine which corresponds to the regulations of the
Machine Directive 2006/42/EG.

1.7.3, 1.7.4
Les types de produits, cités ci-dessus, sont de plus
soumis aux dispositions de la directive EMC
2014/30/EU; à la directive sur la basse tension
2014/35/EU ou à la directive sur les appareils à pression
2014/68/EU.
Les documents spécifiques et techniques, relatifs à la
machine suivant l'annexe VII B ont été établis. Sur toute
demande fondée, nous nous engageons à les
transmettre aux administrations responsables du
marché en respectant un délai approprié.
Les produits cités ci-dessus représentent des quasi-
machines. La mise en marche est interdite aussi
longtemps que la quasi-machine n'est pas intégrée dans
une machine finie qui corresponde aux dispositions de
la directive des machines 2006/42/CE.
