Clean the contacts on the battery /
rechargeable battery and in the bat-
tery compartment before inserting!
Remove exhausted batteries / recharge-
able batteries from the product imme-
diately.

Before first use

Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product.

Inserting / replacing the battery

(see Fig. E + F)
Hold the trimmer body firmly and vertically and

turn the battery compartment cap clockwise until the

vertical mark ( ) on the battery compartment cap is
14
aligned with the inverted triangle mark ( ) (see Fig. E)
on the bottom of the trimmer body .

Then remove the battery compartment cap from

the trimmer body .

Remove the used battery , if present.
