monitor screen will turn itself off when the camera is not transmitting.
When the camera detects any sound louder than the set sensitivity
level, it will start transmitting the signal to the monitor again.
To cancel this function and see the monitored area continuously,
disconnect VOX mode on the monitor.
· VOX mode OFF: The camera transmits continuously, enabling you
to monitor your baby or the area you wish to protect continuously.
· VOX mode ON: The camera only transmits when it detects a sufficiently
loud sound, depending on the level selected, around the camera.
To activate VOX mode, follow the steps described below:
1. Press the menu button (5) to display the menu.
2. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the VOX icon
is highlighted.
3. Press the OK / zoom button (10) and the right (7) or left (9) navigation
button to select sensitivity level 1/2/3.
4. Set sensitivity level "1" if your baby tends to sleep soundly and cries
softly; level "3" if your baby tends to make sounds while sleeping or makes
quite loud sounds before starting to cry and level "2" if you think your
baby's behaviour doesn't fit in with either of the previous patterns.
5. Press the down navigation button (8) and then the OK / zoom button
(10) to activate the VOX function. The VOX function is on when it shows
green and off when it shows red.
6. The VOX icon (H) will be displayed on the top part of the LCD screen.
You may exit the function in the following manner:
1. Press the Menu button (5).
2. Do not touch the monitor for 15 seconds.
When VOX mode is on and the camera detects any sound louder than
the level selected, the nightlight will come on. If after 30 seconds the
camera has not detected any sound, VOX mode will be activated again
and the nightlight will go out.
5.2.10.3 ALERT SETTING
5.2.10.3.1. FEEDING ALERT
This baby monitor has two different sound alerts for your baby's feeds.
To set them follow the steps described below:
1. Press the menu button (5) to display the menu.
2. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the alerts icon
is highlighted.
3. Press the OK / zoom button (10).
4. Press the up (6) or down (8) navigation button to select the time and
alert you want to activate.
5. To set the time for either of the two alerts, press the OK / zoom button
(10) on one of them.
6. With the side navigation buttons you can select the hours or minutes
by using the up (6) and down (8) buttons to increase or decrease them.
7. When the time has been set, press the OK / zoom button (10) and
press the down navigation button (8) until the feeds alert icon for that
alert has been highlighted.
8. Press the OK / zoom button (10) to activate or cancel the alert.
Note 1: The sound alert will be activated when the feeds alert ON
/ OFF indicator is green and the alerts icon is displayed on the top
right-hand side of the screen (L).
Note 2: The time selected shows the time at which the alarm will sound.
Note 3: When the alert is sounding, the activated alert icon (L) will
flash red and the 4 LEDs (3) will flash green. Press any button to turn
off the sound alert. If there is no response, the alert will sound for one
minute and then stop.
5.2.10.3.2. TEMPERATURE ALERT
From this menu you can turn the temperature sound alert on and off, and
set it to suit your needs. Follow these steps:
1. Press the menu button (5) to display the menu.
2. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the alerts icon
is highlighted.
3. Press the down (8) navigation button until the temperature alert icon
is highlighted.
4. Press the OK / zoom button (10).
Now you can select one of the three options described below:
1. Change of temperature measurement unit:
a. The default temperature measurement unit is ºC, if you want to change
from ºC to ºF, press the OK / zoom button (10) when it is over this option.
b. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the desired
temperature measurement unit is selected.
2. Select the temperature at which you want to set the sound alert:
a. Press the down navigation button (8) until it is over this option.
b. Press the OK / zoom button (10).
c. Using the side navigation buttons, you can select from a higher or
lower temperature range.
d. Once you have selected the range you want to change, press the up
(6) or down (8) navigation button to set the temperature limit. You can
set the lower temperature limit between 0ºC and 25ºC (32ºF and 75ºF)
and the higher limit between 25º and 35ºC (76ºF and 95ºF).
3. To activate and cancel the temperature sound alert:
a. Press the up (6) or down (8) navigation button until the temperature
alert activation icon is highlighted.
b. Press the OK / zoom button (10) to activate or cancel the alarm.
Note 1: If the alarm is activated the alert will sound when the
temperature is out of the desired range.
When the alert is sounding, press any button to turn it off.
If there is no response, the alert will sound for one minute, provided
the temperature remains over or under the limits set, and then stop;
it will sound again after three minutes.
Note 2: If the sound alert is turned off, you will be able to see the
temperature flashing in red on the top right-hand part of the LCD
screen (J) while it is over or under the set limits.
5.2.10.4. NIGHTLIGHT
This baby monitor comes with a soft blue nightlight to keep your baby
company through the night. To turn it on and off, follow the steps
described below:
1. Press the menu button (5) to display the menu.
2. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the nightlight
icon is highlighted.
3. Press the OK / zoom button (10) to activate or cancel the light.
Note 1: If you prefer you can turn the nightlight on and off from the
camera by pressing the pairing button (IX).
Note 2: When the nightlight (VI) is on, the corresponding icon (E)
will appear at the top of the display.
5.2.10.5. LULLABIES
You can soothe the baby to sleep by playing a gentle lullaby from the baby
unit. To activate this function:
1. Press the menu button (5) to display the menu.
2. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the tunes icon
is highlighted.
3. Then press the OK / zoom button (10) to go into the sub-menu.
4. Press the up (6) or down (8) navigation button to select one of the
four tunes available or play in a loop (the default setting for this is OFF);
5. When the tune has been selected, press the OK / zoom button (10). If
you want to stop the tune playing, follow the steps described above and
then press the OK / zoom button (10) again on the tune currently playing.
6. To increase or decrease the volume, press the left navigation button (9)
and then the down navigation button (8) until the volume icon is selected.
7. Press the OK / zoom button (10) to display the volume control 1 to 6.
Select the one that best suits your needs, bearing in mind that level 1
is the lowest and 6 the highest, then press the OK / zoom button (10).
8. Press the menu button (5) to return to the main screen.
9. Lullaby icon (I) will be displayed on the LCD screen. Keep in mind that
the configuration of the lullabies will take place only on the camera that
is being watched in that moment.
Note 1: Lullaby loop function plays in cycle all the lullabies.
Note 2: If you have two cameras connected you can choose a different
tune for each camera if you like. For that just select one camera and
follow the steps described above, then repeat the process by selecting
the other camera.

To set the time follow the steps described below:
1. Press the menu button (5) to display the menu.
2. Press the right (7) or left (9) navigation button until the settings icon
is highlighted.
3. Press the up (6) or down (8) navigation button tp select the time
icon and then press the OK/ zoom button (10) to go into the sub-menu.
4. Press the OK/ zoom button (10) again and use the side navigation
