will be displayed on the monitor and only objects located less than 2
meters away can be seen.
The camera automatically changes to infrared mode when there is
insufficient light for normal vision.
When the camera is in this mode, the night vision icon (F) will be displayed
on screen.
Note: The light sensor (II) is located at the top of the camera. Take
care not to cover the sensor with any object to prevent the camera
from entering night mode when there is light in the room.
5.2.8. OUT OF RANGE WARNING
If the monitor is further away than allowed from the camera (check the
technical specifications), the image will be lost and the welcome screen
will be displayed on your monitor. The out of range symbol (A) and the
4 green volume LEDs (3) will flash in the top left corner of your screen for
one minute. By default, your monitor will activate the out of range sound
alert, emitting two double beeps every 3 seconds to warn you that the
two units are not communicating. The alarm will stop sounding after one
minute, or when you press any button, or when you bring the monitor close
to the camera and the connection is re-established.
If you want to cancel the sound alert , follow these steps:
1. Press the menu button (5) on the monitor to access the main menu.
2. Press the left (9) or right (7) navigation button until the wheel settings
icon is highlighted.
3. Press the down (8) navigation button until the alerts icon is highlighted.
4. Press the OK/ zoom button (10) and then press the OK/ zoom button
(10) again to activate or cancel the out of range sound alert.
If the alarm is red the sound alert is off, if it is green the sound alert is on.
Note: To get a better quality communication signal between the

it out. When the baby monitor is not in use we recommend you store
the aerial to prevent it from getting caught or breaking.
