to browse the different pages.
To return to this screen you can press the HOME front sensor key or the return arrow button in top
left corner of every source.

STEERING WHEEL CONTROL
The XZENT device is preconfi gured to work with an IR-Stalk-Interface which is NOT included in the set.
Alternativly an existing steering wheel control can be directly connected if a mini-ISO connector at the
car side is present to the XZENT Analogue Key interface. Both the IR-mode and the analogue-Mode are
preconfi gured to functionally mimic the standard SWC functions. For the IR-mode the functionality is set
by code and cannot be changed while the analogue mode is also preconfi gured with the standard SWC
function but allows you to change or reassign the functionality to your liking.
The standard SWC functions are explained for <Mode 2>, for FIAT DUCATO III Series 8 as of 2021, or
<Mode 1> for FIAT DUCATO III X290 as of 2014 hereafter.

Operation buttons:
1. Skip next: this button follows the Graphical User Interface (GUI) function of
the active audio source.
2. CAM/voice: press to activate CAM source. Press again to close CAM source.
Press & hold to activate CarPlay voice control.
3. Skip last: this button follows the Graphical User Interface (GUI) function of
the active audio source.
4 . Vol+: press to increase active audio volume level. For example, press while
Navigation Voice is speaking to increase the volume level of Navigation
voice, the ducked or muted media audio stays unchanged.
5. Mute/Pickup/hangup: While no active call, press to MUTE or unmute all audio. During incoming
call (ringing), press to pick up call. While active call, press to end call.
6. Vol-: press to decrease active audio volume level. For example, press while
Navigation Voice is speaking to decrease the volume level of Navigation
voice, the ducked or muted media audio stays unchanged.
A: You can customize the buttons of your SWC to your preference by placing standard or alternative
buttons to your SWC. The process is explained at the end of this chapter.
Alternative buttons:
A1. Alternative function SRC/voice: Press to select a different Source via Main Menu highlighting.
A2. Alternative function NAV/voice: Press to start NAV function. Press & hold to activate CarPlay
voice control.
B: This button will reset any custom confi guration on the SWC back to factory settings.
