6.10 Funzionalità dispositivo di controllo sincronizzazione.
Attenzione!
Per le verifi che e le procedure di emergenza è necessario
l'intervento di un tecnico specializzato poiché si opera in
presenza di tensione elettrica.
All'interno del quadro è presente una scheda elettronica che dispone
di LED le cui accensioni hanno i seguenti signifi cati:
• LED 1 - acceso (LED 2 spento): interruttore manuale attivo;
• LED 2 - acceso (LED 1 spento): interruttore automatico attivo;
• LED 3 - acceso: ponte in blocco per disallineamento;
• LED 4 - acceso: ponte in blocco - sensore guasto;
• LED 5 - non confi gurato: spento;
• LED 6 - acceso: allarme tensione di alimentazione;
• LED 7 - non confi gurato: acceso o spento.
6.10 Synchronisation control device operation.
Warning!
Checks and emergency procedures must be carried out
by a specialised technician due to the presence of electrical
voltage.
The panel contains an electronic board with LEDs with different
meanings:
• LED 1 - ON (LED 2 off): manual switch active;
• LED 2 - ON (LED 1 off): automatic switch active;
• LED 3 - ON: lift blocked due to misalignment;
• LED 4 - ON: lift blocked - faulty sensor;
• LED 5 - not confi gured: OFF;
• LED 6 - ON: supply voltage alarm;
• LED 7 - not confi gured: ON or OFF.
6.10 Funktionsweise der Synchronisationskontrollvorrichtung.
Achtung!
Für die Überprüfungen und Notfall-Verfahren ist der Eingriff
eines Fachtechnikers erforderlich, bei anliegender Span-
nung gearbeitet werden muss.
In der Schalttafel ist eine elektronische Platine vorhanden, die über
LEDs, deren Aufl euchten folgenden Bedeutungen hat:
• LED 1 - leuchtend (LED 2 erloschen): Schalter manueller Betrieb aktiv;
• LED 2 - leuchtend (LED 1 erloschen): Schalter automatischer Betrieb
aktiv;
• LED 3 - leuchtend: Hebebühne gesperrt - Ausrichtung verloren;
• LED 4 - leuchtend: Hebebühne gesperrt - Sensor defekt;
• LED 5 - nicht konfi guriert: erloschen;
• LED 6 - leuchtend: Alarm der Versorgungsspannung;
• LED 7 - nicht konfi guriert: leuchtend oder erloschen.
6.10 Fonctionnalité dispositif de contrôle synchronisation.
Attention !
Les vérifi cations et les procédures d'urgence nécessitent
l'intervention d'un technicien spécialisé à cause de la
présence de tension électrique.
Le tableau loge une carte électronique disposant de DELS dont les
allumages ont les signifi cations suivantes :
• DEL 1 - allumée (DEL 2 éteinte) : interrupteur manuel actif ;
• DEL 2 - allumée (DEL 1 éteinte) : interrupteur automatique actif ;
• DEL 3 - allumée : blocage du pont à cause de désalignement ;
• DEL 4 - allumée : blocage du pont - panne du capteur ;
• DEL 5 - non confi gurée : éteinte ;
• DEL 6 - allumée : alarme tension d'alimentation ;
• DEL 7 - non confi gurée : allumée ou éteinte.
6.10 Funciones dispositivo de control sincronización.

Para las verifi caciones y los procedimientos de emergencia,
es necesaria la intervención de un técnico especializado
ya que se trabaja en presencia de tensión eléctrica.
Dentro del cuadro se encuentra una tarjeta electrónica que dispone de
una serie de LED cuyos encendidos tienen los siguientes signifi cados:
• LED 1 - encendido (LED 2 apagado): interruptor manual activo;
• LED 2 - encendido (LED 1 apagado): interruptor automático activo;
• LED 3 - encendido: puente bloqueado por desalineación;
• LED 4 - encendido: puente bloqueado - sensor averiado;
• LED 5 - no confi gurado: apagado;
• LED 6 - encendido: alarma tensión de alimentación;
• LED 7 - no confi gurado: encendido o apagado.
Inconveniente: ponte in blocco (segnalazione avvisatore
acustico).
Rimedio: è possibile la discesa di emergenza (discesa in singolo).
- Se il ponte si trova in condizione di blocco è possibile far scendere
i carrelli.
- Ruotare su "0" l'invertitore (A).
- Togliere il coperchio della cassetta elettrica.
- Spostare verso il basso la leva (B) (in manuale).
- Ruotare su "2" l'invertitore (A).
Discesa singola dei carrelli. Azionare il comando di discesa e con-
temporaneamente premere:
- pulsante P1 per muovere il carrello della colonna comando;
- pulsante S2 per muovere il carrello della colonna opposta.
Problem: lift blocked (acoustic warning).
Solution: emergency downstroke possible (single down
movement).
- If the lift is blocked, it is possible to lower the carriages.
- Set inverter (A) to "0".
- Remove the cover of the electric box.
- Move lever (B) downwards (in manual mode).
- Set inverter (A) to "2".
Single down movement of carriages. Activate the downstroke control
and simultaneously press:
- button P1 to move the carriage of the control column;
- button S2 to move the carriage of the opposite column.
Problem: Hebebühne gesperrt (Meldung über Tonzeichen).
Abhilfe: Not-Senkung möglich (Senken einzelnen Schlittens).
- Befi ndet sich die Hebebühne im Sperrzustand, können die Schlitten
heruntergefahren werden.
- Den Wechselrichter (A) auf „0" stellen.
- Den Verschlussdeckel des Schaltkastens entfernen.
- Den Hebel (B) nach unten (auf Handbetrieb) verstellen.
- Den Wechselrichter (A) auf „2" stellen.
Senken einzelner Schlitten. Die Senksteuerung betätigen und glei-
chzeitig die folgenden Tasten drücken:
- Taste P1 zur Bewegung des Schlittens der Steuersäule;
- Taste P2 zur Bewegung des Schlittens der gegenüberliegenden
Säule.
Inconvénient : blocage du pont (signalisation avertisseur sonore).
Solution : la descente d'urgence est possible (descente individuelle).
- Si le pont est en état de blocage il est possible de faire descendre
les chariots.
- Tourner sur « 0 » l'inverseur (A).
- Retirer le couvercle de la boîte électrique.
- Déplacer vers le bas le levier (B) (en mode manuel).
- Tourner sur « 2 » l'inverseur (A).
Descente individuelle des chariots. Actionner la commande de
descente et simultanément appuyer sur :
- bouton P1 pour déplacer le chariot de la colonne de commande ;
- bouton S2 pour déplacer le chariot de la colonne opposée.
Inconveniente: puente bloqueado (advertencia avisador acústico).
Solución: es posible el descenso de emergencia (descenso
individual).
- Si el puente se encuentra en condición de bloqueo es posible hacer
descender los carros.
- Girar a "0" el conversor (A).
- Quitar la tapa de la caja eléctrica.
- Desplazar hacia abajo la leva (B) (manualmente).
- Girar a "2" el conversor (A).
Descenso individual de los carros. Accionar el mando de descenso
y contemporáneamente presionar:
- pulsador P1 para mover el carro de la columna mando;
- pulsador S2 para mover el carro de la columna opuesta.
