These fault messages do not apear on the PLC display.
Error message
Water bath is not being filled
with water.
Water is in the storage bin.
Water consumption is too high
in water-cooled machines.
Machine cannot be
switched on.

Cause
1) Water tap is closed.
2) Water inlet valve is
clogged or dirty.
3) Water inlet valve is
electrically defective.
4) Water level sensor
is defective.
The drain hose of the
storage bin is bent, clogged
or has no gradient.
Cooling water regulator allows
too much water to flow.
Power supply interruption.
Power supply failure or fuse
failure. The machine has been
disconnected from the power
supply.
Machine was switched off using
button B.
Measures to rectify the fault
1) Ensure water supply.
2) Clean pre-filter.
3) Check input voltage, replace water inlet
valve if necessary.
4) Check functionality of sensor, replace if
necessary.
Ensure free water drainage.
Adjust or replace the cooling water regulator.
Check the power outlet, fuses and power cable.
Machine is on standby (should be producing).
Read out error code:press „+" button once.
Message appears indicating when the fault
occurred (displayed for 8 seconds).
Month/day/hour.
Switch the machine back on using button A.
