! CAUTION
After about 10-15 minutes of production time after cleaning, remove the ice on the storage
container, as it may contain residues of cleaning agents and is not suitable for consumption.
7.2 Cleaning oft he Storage Container
2. Stop production with button B.
3. Completely remove the ice in the storage container. Ice intended for consumption must not come into contact
with the cleaning agent!
4. Remove the insert sheets, for draining the defrost water, from the storage container.
5. Spray the storage container and the insert sheets thoroughly with WESSAMAT special cleaner and let it work
for several minutes.
6. Rinse the storage container and insert sheets with clear water to remove the special cleaner and dissolved
deposits. Neutralize the remaining residues of the special cleaner with soapy water. A sponge or cloth can be
used for this purpose.
7. Insert the insert sheets into the storage container.
7.3 Cleaning oft he Intermediate Storage and Ice Transport Wagon
1. Stop production with button B.
2. Completely remove the ice in the intermediate storage and ice transport wagon. Ice intended for consumption
must not come into contact with the cleaning agent!
3. Spray the intermediate storage and ice transport wagon thoroughly with WESSAMAT special cleaner and let it
work for several minutes.
4. Rinse the intermediate storage and ice transport wagon with clear water to remove the special cleaner and
dissolved deposits. Neutralize the remaining residues of the special cleaner with soapy water. A sponge or
cloth can be used for this purpose.
5. Start the ice cube maker with button A.
IMPORTANT:
Since almost all cleaners contain acid, all stainless steel parts that have been treated with cleaner
must be thoroughtly rinsed to avoid corrosion caused by acid.
! CAUTION

7.4 Cleaning of the Condenser Fins (onlyfor air-cooled units)
1. Stop the machine with button B.
2. Remove the front panel of the housing.
3. Remove the filter mat, tap out any coarse dirt and wash out any grease
deposits with a grease-dissolving cleaning agent. Rinse the mat with
warm water. Blow dry with compressed air or dry with a cloth. If heavily
soiled, replace the filter mat completely.
4. Dislodge dirt particles, dust, and lint that have settled in the condenser
fins with a coarse brush (not a metal brush!). For stubborn dirt, blow out
the fins with compressed air. Then simply vacuum up the loosened dust.
5. Spray any grease deposits (especially in the kitchen area) with a grease-
dissolving cleaning agent, allow it to take effect for some time, and then
rinse with warm water (taking care that the cleaning agent and water do not come into contact with electrical
