Error message
High pressure switch
These fault messages do not
appear of the PLC display
Error message
Ice storage bin is
overfilled with ice.
Machine is running,but not
producing ice.
Water bath is overfilled with
water/ water is overflowing.
Icecube maker has insufficient
ice production.

Cause
1) Condenser is dirty in air-
cooled systems.
2) No cooling water in water-
cooled systems.
3) Room temperature is too
high.
Cause
The light barrier for level
monitoring in the ice storage
bin is not working properly.
1) Leakage in the refrigeration
system.
2) Compressor is defective.
1) Water overflow pipe is
clogged.
2) Water inlet valve is not
closing.
3) Circuit interruption tot he
water level sensor.
4) Water level sensor is
defective.
1) Condenser is dirty.
2) Inadequate ventilation.
3) Room/environment.
4) Provided cooling capacity is
insufficient (for centrally cooled
machines).
Measures to rectify the fault
1) Clean the condenser.
2) Check the cooling water regulator and
the water shut-off valve.
3) Ventilate the room.
4) Reset the fault.
Troubleshooting measures
Adjust the light barrier or replace it if necessary.
1) Search for and eliminate leaks in the
refrigeration system.
2) Replace the compressor.
1) Clean the water overflow pipe.
2) Replace the water inlet valve.
3) Check continuity of individual cables,
eliminate interruption if necessary or replace the
sensor.
4) Replace the water level sensor.
1) Clean the condenser.
2) Maintain recommended clearances and
ensure optimal air circulation.
3) Check room/ environmental conditions.
4) Ensure correct refrigerant supply.
